Project Overview

Norlab was selected to deliver a complete laboratory fit-out for the Procaps Laboratory, a facility focused on pharmaceutical development, controlled testing, and precision-driven production support. The project scope included the installation of high-durability Ceramic Benchtops, precision-engineered Metal Cabinetry, ergonomic Laboratory Chairs, and compliant Safety Storage Cabinets. Each component was carefully chosen to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency in a high-demand laboratory environment. Through a structured and detail-oriented implementation, the Procaps Laboratory was transformed into a modern, high-performance workspace capable of supporting complex processes with consistency and accuracy.

The Specific Need

The Procaps Laboratory required a comprehensive upgrade to address limitations affecting operational performance and safety compliance. Existing work surfaces were not suitable for handling intensive pharmaceutical processes or exposure to reactive substances, reducing their durability. Storage systems lacked proper organization and security for sensitive materials, increasing potential risks.
